Shafaq News/ On Monday, the United States continuedits airstrikes on Yemen, while Israel targeted multiple locations in the GazaStrip, resulting in casualties, according to Arab media outlets.
In Yemen, three US airstrikes hit the AbsDistrict of Hajjah Province, and three others targeted the Al-Safra District,Saada.
No reports of casualties have beenconfirmed so far.
Earlier, an attack on the Shaab al-Hafaneighborhood in Shu'ub District killed four civilians, including two women, andinjured 25 others, among them 11 women and a child, according to Yemen’sMinistry of Health.
On the 21st day of the renewed assault onGaza, an Israeli airstrike hit the home of the Al-Naffar family in central KhanYounis, southern Gaza Strip, killing six people, including two women, andinjuring more than 28 others with varying degrees of injuries.
Shortly after that strike, Israeliwarplanes bombed a journalists’ tent near Nasser Medical Complex in KhanYounis, killing two people — one of them journalist Helmi Al-Faqaawi — andinjuring seven other journalists, including Al Jazeera photographer MahmoudAwad.
One person was reportedly killed and othersinjured when a house west of Deir al-Balah was struck. Additional attackstargeted a displaced persons’ tent inside Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, the town ofAl-Zawaida, and the neighborhoods of Al-Zaytoun and Al-Shuja’iya, where gunfirewas also reported on the outskirts. Two civilians were also killed and severalwounded in a strike on Jabalia, while three more lost their lives in an attackon Wadi Al-Arais Street in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood.
Since launching its war on Gaza in October2023, Israel has killed at least 61,709 people, including 17,492 children and morethan 200 Palestinian journalists, while injuring over 111,588 people.
