SEOUL South Korea's election commission said that presidential hopefuls could register from Friday.
After President Yoon Suk Yeol was ousted from office on Friday, a new presidential election must be held within 60 days.
A spokesperson for the election commission said once registered, a presidential hopeful could start campaigning.
