Eddie Hall and Mariusz Pudzianowski are in excellent nick ahead of their upcoming clash.
British strongman Hall will collide with five-time World’s Strongest Man winner Pudzianowski on April 26 in Gliwice, Poland.
The pair will meet in a super heavyweight MMA showdown at KSW 105 under a modified rule set.
MMA fights are traditionally contested over three, five-minute rounds, but due to the size of both competitors, organisers have reduced the duration to four-minute stanzas.
Their hulking mass was on full display when they met up in Poland to shoot promotional material for ‘The World’s Strongest Fight’.
Both men dwarfed the Polish presenter standing between them as they tore off their t-shirts to reveal their muscle-bound physiques just over three weeks before fight night.
Although it is hard to believe, Hall and Pudzianowski are considerably trimmer than they used to be in their strongman days.
Hall tipped the scales at 433lbs when he won the World’s Strongest Man title in 2017, but shed a remarkable 70lbs for his boxing bout with Hafthor Bjornsson in 2022.
He also weighed 360lbs for his MMA debut last year, a 2vs1 match with the Nefatti Brothers, which ended with a brutal knockout.
Hall is expected to come in 30lbs lighter for his bout with Pudzianowski, who has a considerable experience advantage.
The Polish powerhouse boasts a 17-9 professional MMA record and holds wins over boxing cult hero Eric ‘Butterbean’ Esch, PRIDE FC veteran Bob Sapp, and former British UFC star Oli Thompson.
As a strongman competitor, Pudzianowski weighed 320lbs, but over time, he has managed to dip below the 265lbs heavyweight limit.

“Eddie is not like some bar room brawler,” Pudzianowski said.
“He is a really strong guy who weighs 160kg [352lbs] today, and on April 26, I believe will be 150kg [330lbs].
“I know what it means because I come from the same source, so for the first two minutes it will be an unstoppable steam engine.
“It’s only that I still have some of this strength, and I have the experience before youth and some cunning.
“So if I do not let myself be caught by a cheap trick, it should be fine. But let’s not underestimate it.
“He is a heavyweight, and his hands weigh a lot.”
