At least 41 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza on Thursday since dawn, following a barrage of Israeli attacks on the besieged enclave, according to Al Jazeera and Palestinian media.
Israeli fighter jets bombed Gaza City's Shujaiya neighbourhood, targeting a family home and killing at least nine Palestinians.
Scores of people were also killed in Khan Younis, after Israeli bombs struck tents housing those displaced.
One person was also killed following a strike on the Al-Mawasi refugee camp, west of Khan Younis.
Israel launched a renewed onslaught on the enclave on 18 March, ending a fragile ceasefire. Israel has killed over 1,000 Palestinians since, with the death toll rising every single day.
Hamas, which governs the Gaza Strip, have accused Israel of "blocking a [ceasefire] proposal from Egypt and Qatar and trying to derail any agreement," two officials from the group said late on Wednesday.
The group went on to reject Israel's latest proposals following the accusation.
"Hamas has decided not to follow up on the latest Israeli proposal presented through the mediators" said one of the officials added to AFP.
The second Hamas official then called on "the mediators and the international community to force (Israel) to commit to the mediators' proposal".
