The GCU men’s basketball team is at a crossroads this offseason, as it has to replace several key members from the most successful era in program history.
The ‘Lopes have made three straight NCAA Tournament appearances with lead guard Ray Harrison, who has exhausted his eligibility, at the forefront of all three teams. Tyon Grant-Foster, a star on the last two tournament teams, also saw his college career come to an end.
Some of the remaining players started hitting the portal on Friday, including a trio of freshmen who could’ve been long-term answers.
