A CALIFORNIAN has won an estimated $527million in a whopping jackpot win on Saturday night.
It’s only the second time the game’s largest prize was picked up so far this year.
The winning numbers were 7, 11, 21, 53, 61, and the Powerball was red of 2.
California’s state lottery commission announced the winning ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven store located on North Euclid Street in Anaheim.
The lucky winner had a 1 in 292,201,338 chance of taking home the grand prize.
They’ll be able to take home $243.8 million in one lump sum, or have the jackpot paid out over 30 annual payments.
Meanwhile, the Anaheim 7-Eleven will be awarded with a $1million check.
Another five players will also take home $1m after correctly guessing all the white ball numbers.
They hail from Ohio, Oregon, Texas and two are from Georgia.
