Mexique: pas de poursuite judiciaire contre un ex-ministre accusé de narcotrafic par Washington

L'ancien ministre mexicain de la Défense, Salvador Cienfuegos, était accusé de trafic de drogue aux États-Unis où il a été incarcéré entre octobre et novembre. Il ne sera pas poursuivi par la justice de son pays, a annoncé jeudi le parquet mexicain. Le parquet « a décidé du non-exercice de l'action publique » au bénéfice du général Cienfuegos, a-t-il indiqué dans un communiqué dans lequel il assure n'avoir pas trouvé de preuves incriminant l'ancien ministre.
