CSK spinners, led by young Noor Ahmed, showed what they were capable of at home in the very first game. The Afghanistan bowler finished with astonishing figures of 4/18 on his CSK debut. Ashwin managed to get one wicket on his return to the team after 10 years. Jadeja, who went wicketless, bowled economically, conceding just 21 runs in 3 overs. All three spinners are capable of troubling Virat Kohli in the upcoming encounter.

Kohli managed to stay unbeaten on 59 runs in RCB’s IPL 2025 opener against Kolkata Knight Riders. Rajat Patidar and co. managed to race to a 7-wicket win with 22 balls remaining.
