Garcelle Beauvais has left the building. The reality TV star took to Instagram on Tuesday morning with a shocking announcement: she is leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
"It’s been a wild ride, some amazing things have happened, and some hard things have also happened, but a ride nevertheless” Beauvais explains in her video post, speaking directly to fans. She then explains that one of the reasons behind her exit is that her sons are entering their senior year of high school and she wants to "be a part" of that, as well as her son Jade's new career.

“Secondly, I have the most exciting projects I am developing, producing and acting in," she goes on to tease in the video. "I can’t tell you anything right now, but you will know soon." She then thanks Andy Cohen, Bravo, the producers, and even her co-stars, simply saying, "the ladies." She also said that Cohen said she can "always come back" and that the door will "always be open."
She closes out the clip thanking her fans. "You guys have cheered me on, supported me, and sometimes even fought for me or on my behalf," she says, saying that she hopes they will continue on this "journey with her." She concludes, "It's not goodbye, but see you later."
