American Pickers star Mike Wolfe has entered uncharted territory, as he recently thrilled fans with a sudden career switch-up.
On March 22, Wolfe, 60, took to Instagram with an exciting announcement for fans: an appearance on a brand-new podcast.

"Many of you who follow me know I’m a preservationist at heart—I owe some of that to shows like @thisoldhouse Now, imagine that show as a podcast… pretty brilliant, right?" he captioned the post.

Fans can listen to Wolfe's episode of This Old House Radio Hour here, where he talks about renovating an old general store in Iowa.

"So excited that I got to have a part in The Day of Reckoning movie that will be released exclusively in Theaters nationwide on March 28th!" Wolfe wrote on Instagram, adding that the official trailer dropped that day.

On March 5, Wolfe confirmed he was getting a brand new History Channel series, History’s Greatest Picks With Mike Wolfe. The show will feature eight 60-minute episodes, following the American Pickers star as he "dives into the stories behind legendary treasures, relics and artifacts from across history."
"Here we go again," Wolfe wrote in his Instagram Stories, including a link to the post. "Excited about this new series for @history."
And in November, Wolfe confirmed Season 27 of American Pickers was on its way.
