Shafaq News/ A massive explosion shook the Al-Raml al-Janoubi neighborhood inthe Syrian city of Latakia on Saturday, Syrian media outlets reported.
The Syrian Civil Defensereported that civilian casualties and people trapped under the rubble are theinitial toll of the incident, which took place in a four-story building.Emergency teams have rushed to the scene to carry out rescue operations.
