After playing two touch matchups against the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Denver Nuggets struggled with another physical division opponent, the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Nuggets ultimately lost 115-95 against a T’Wolves squad that made them uncomfortable all night.
Denver trailed from the beginning of this game, missing shots and committing turnovers while giving up easy baskets on the other end. Nikola Jokic had 34 points, and Russell Westbrook had 19, but they were the only two Nuggets to score with any semblance of efficiency.
