Gene Simmons is on the lookout for his next personal assistant, but there's a massive catch that has fans of the KISS member feeling disgusted.
As Simmons and his band, aptly named The Gene Simmons Band, prepare to tour North America throughout April and May, the bassist announced a series of related fan experiences available for purchase, starting with a basic, non-stage-played bass experience.
For just $6500, concert-goers and three guests will get to go backstage following the show to meet the performer, where he will sign and personalize a bass, its case, and up to four other items of choice. For $12,500, the bass will be stage-played.

But, one lucky guest per show can serve as Simmons' personal assistant and band roadie for the day—if you pay him $12,495.
In addition to receiving a KISS rehearsal-used signed bass, you'll be put to work helping the band load-in to the venue and set up for the show. You'll also get to enjoy dinner with Simmons, either at his hotel or backstage, receive a signed setlist, and a set of GSB Crew attire.
However, none of the experiences, which can be booked via contact information listed on his website, come with a ticket to the show.
After Planet Rock, a UK rock radio station, shared news of the opportunities fans didn't hold back in their distaste.
