FUT Birthday is always one of the most anticipated events in the FC calendar, and with rumours of a Cristiano Ronaldo Flashback, expectations this year are high.
Last year’s event treated us to a 94-rated Lionel Messi, and with players expecting another blockbuster this year, it appears that most players have only one name on their minds.
We’ll take you through all the FUT Birthday news including what players are included and whether or not Ronaldo will indeed be making an appearance.
FC 25 FUT Birthday release date
The FC 25 FUT Birthday event began on Friday 7th March at 6pm GMT.
The event celebrates the 16th anniversary of Ultimate Team’s addition way back in FIFA 09.
With the first team of the event having already gone live, players will be able to obtain unique cards until Friday, 14th March, at which point they will be replaced by cards from the event’s second team.
FC 25 FUT Birthday players list
FUT Birthday Team 1 was released alongside the beginning of the event on 7th March and features the following players:

FC 25 Ronaldo Flashback rumours explained
Cristiano Ronaldo has not received a card during the current FUT Birthday celebrations, although according to leaks posted to social media, Cristiano Ronaldo is set to receive a Flashback SBC at some point during the event.
He previously received a 94-rated card back in the FIFA 22 FUT Birthday celebrations, and players are speculating that a similarly powerful card will be up for grabs this year.

Ronaldo already has a Globetrotters and Team of the Year card in this year’s game, and if he does receive a FUT Birthday card, it would probably fall somewhere in the middle in terms of cost and rating.
