Marina Squerciati is on the hunt for the perfect wedding dress...to wear on Chicago P.D., that is.
Last month, the actress revealed that she'd been given the responsibility of finding a wedding dress for her character, Kim Burgess, as the cast prepares to film the nuptials between Burgess and Patrick John Flueger's character, Adam Ruzek.

As Squerciati explained in a pair of posts uploaded to her Instagram Stories on Feb. 25, she was “asked to find a LOW KEY dress." However, her initial outing was apparently unsuccessful, because Squerciati was back at Chicago's Mira Couture in a series of photos shared to Instagram on Monday, March 10, trying on a variety of looks.
While the light pink tulle gown in the first photo was a somewhat non-traditional take on a wedding dress, the remaining options were more typical bridal fashions: a long white slip dress with spaghetti straps, another floor-length white gown with pearl detailing on the bust, a white, one shoulder gown with a sweeping train, and a white dress with a deeply plunging neckline.

"WHILE WE WAIT FOR THE NEXT CHICAGO PD.... HELP ME CHOOSE A DRESS!!! ??♀️ @mira_couture," Squerciati wrote in her caption.

Squerciati's fans—and a famous friend—weighed in on the possible options in the comments.
"all of these are tough Burgess..#1 and the details of #4 standout the most to me," wrote Squerciati's Chicago P.D. co-star LaRoyce Hawkins.
"From these, I’ll say the 3rd (& 4th) photos. Love the pearl detail. But I’m still holding onto the second dress in your last post. You’ll be stunning no matter what! Can’t wait!! ❤️❤️," one fan declared.
"#3! The pearls at the top are a perfect touch ??," agreed another person, with someone else noting that "3 & 4 feel so much like kim!!!"
It's not clear yet when the fan-favorite characters will be tying the knot—or whether Squerciati will give audiences a sneak peek at whichever dress she ends up choosing ahead of time.
