NFL star Ben Cleveland’s wife has responded in an intriguing way to claims she cheated on him.
The Baltimore Ravens guard and Kaitlyn Terrell Cleveland have split.
And Kaitlyn put up an Instagram message in which she appeared to reference the “rumors”.
But her post sparked more questions than answers.
Kaitlyn shared song lyrics from ‘Interlude’ by country singer Kelsea Ballerini.
And they seemed to hint at her feelings over the marriage allegations.
The lyrics read: “The rumors goin’ ’round, but the truth is kinda nuanced.
“I wanna set it straight, but my lawyer says I shouldn’t.”
Kaitlyn then added to the cryptic nature of the words by setting her social media accounts to private.
Cleveland is understood to have filed for divorce from his wife of nearly three years on February 28, claiming she had not been faithful to him.
Meanwhile, the 26-year-old had been detained by police earlier in February on allegations of drink driving in Baldwin County, Georgia.
The couple both went to the University of Georgia before marrying in July 2022.
And Cleveland says they separated four months ago.
In fact, it’s a challenging time for him on the pitch, as well as personally.
That’s because the Ravens offensive lineman is expected to become a free agent ahead of the 2025 season.
