In Sweden, the company will build a nine-storey structure with 16,000 sq m of leasable space, along with a gym, conference rooms, lounge, restaurant, café and bicycle area.
As well as the construction contract, Skanska has invested $99m in the first phase of a larger office project, under way at Solna Station in northern Stockholm.
In Norway, the company will build a 9,400 sq m school and sports hall in Vesterøya, south of Oslo. It will use cross-laminated timber, and is aiming for a 40% reduction in emissions compared to similar projects.
The company has also signed a $55m contract with local non-profit for a 1,900 sq m ambulatory surgery centre and a 3,700 sq m specialty clinic in Pleasanton, California.
It will have four operating rooms, three procedure rooms, a sterile processing department and areas for orthopaedics, podiatry and ENT.
It will expand outpatient care services and specialty care in Tri-Valley, near San Francisco, and is due to be completed in the third quarter of 2026.
