3-wick candles are lovely, but sometimes you need some nice candle holders and tapered candles to really get that aesthetic look at your dinner table or in your living room. Votive candles are nice, but those long candlesticks really set the mood, whether you want it to be romantic or cozy. This week, Aldi is dropping a few cut glass candle holders that are not just gorgeous but look like Anthropologie candle holders that are over four times the price.
From March 5 to March 11, Aldi is selling KIRKTON HOUSE Cut Glass Candle Holders for $9.99 in the Aldi Finds aisle of local U.S. stores. They come in three different styles, and they are made with, you guessed it, glass. This style of candle holder features vibrant-colored glass with blunt edges and fun textures in different "layers," as Aldi calls them. Each layer is a different shape and color, which creates a really funky (but not overpowering) look. And thanks to the glass, it still looks elegant and stunning.

As mentioned above, this cut glass candle holder comes in three styles. The first in the image above is the Medium 3 Layer version. This one has a wide and round blue top (you might be able to fit a votive candle here), a spherical green middle layer and a large orange ball shape on the bottom. The green sphere in the middle has many facets, making it beveled all over. And don't worry: the orange ball has a flat bottom.
The next style is the Large 3 Layer candle holder. It has an upside-down hexagonal pyramid (a pyramid with six sides) with the pointy top cut off where it connects to an orange sphere in the middle. This one is similar to the previous green sphere, with a multi-faceted surface. The third, bottom section is a tall hexagonal pyramid that’s right-side up so that it has a sturdy base.
And last, there’s the Medium 2 Layer style. As the name suggests, it only has two glass portions, with the top being a light orange upside-down octagonal (eight-sided) pyramid. It’s connected to the bottom, which is a large blue sphere or orb with a multi-faceted, beveled surface (and flat bottom, of course). While we don’t have dimensions, they look like they all have openings for a standard-size tapered candle.

Cut Glass Candle Holder, $28-$44 at Anthropologie

As we wrote before, these Aldi candleholders are nearly identical to Anthropologie’s Cut Glass Candle Holders. These range from $28 to $44 and have nearly the same exact style. They’re geometric glass candle holders with contracting transparent, vibrant colors in different layers. There are even a couple that are basically the same design. In addition to the price difference, Anthropologie originally had more options available, including ones that were five layers.
So if you’re looking for something classy and unique, Aldi’s KIRKTON HOUSE Cut Glass Candle Holder might just be what you need. Plus, they look so stunning and expensive for just $10. A steal!
