SDPD said in a news release that at 11:36 p.m. Thursday, the 35-year-old woman began walking on the street from the southeast corner of Friars and Frazee roads.
A 19-year-old man was driving a 2023 Toyota Corolla east on 7600 Friars Road on a green light when the woman crossed his path, SDPD said.
