Jamie Lynn Spears and her daughter, Maddie Watson, are preparing for one of the most exciting moments of the teenager's high school career and sharing it all with fans.
Earlier this week, the Sweet Magnolias actress and her 16-year-old delighted fans on social media with a try-on haul video that rotated through a handful of potential picks for Maddie's prom dress this year.

In the short clip that the Zoey 101 alum shared to Instagram and TikTok on Wednesday, Feb. 26, the mother-daughter duo stepped out into what appeared to be their living room wearing two eye-catching promo gowns with ornate embroidering. Maddie arrived on-camera first, strutting a gold strapless floor-length gown decorated with countless hand-sewn beads. Jamie Lynn followed shortly after, teaching her daughter how to properly pose while wearing a strapless deep lavender gown featuring a massive bow and cutout on one side of the skirt.

"Mom gets mad that I don't know how to pose," Maddie whispered into the camera as the 33-year-old demonstrated her best model behavior behind her.
Maddie then changed into another neutral-toned strapless beaded gown; this one was beige with pearls and a thigh-high split. While beautiful, it may not be the best option fit-wise, as she kept adjusting it and even admitted that it felt "a little big."
"That one is pretty, too," Jamie Lynn said off-camera.
Then it was Maddie's little sister Ivey's turn to make an appearance. The 6-year-old appeared to want to introduce the "winning" prom dress, but no decision had been made just yet.
"We need help choosing," Jamie Lynn wrote in the caption of the video, before teasing, "More to come..."
It looks like the jury is still out, as fans were too focused on the "hilarious banter" and "how tall Maddie is" to offer their final vote–at least on this round.
