A MASSIVE update has been revealed on Travis Kelce’s future in the NFL.
ESPN star personality Pat McAfee shared the news on his hit self-titled show on Thursday.
McAfee told ESPN viewers that Kelce is “for sure” playing for the Chiefs in the 2025 season.
The former NFL punter-turned-pundit read out loud the text that he had recently received from Kelce, hinting that he would play in his 13th NFL campaign.
“I’m coming back, for sure,” Kelce told McAfee in a text. “Gonna try and get to the best shape I’ve been this offseason and get back to the mountaintop.
“Got a real bad taste in my mouth with how I played in that last game and how I got the guys ready for battle. I can’t go out like that!!!!”
The announcement comes after weeks of speculation about Kelce’s future following the Chiefs’ disastrous Super Bowl 59 loss.
Kelce posted just four receptions for 39 yards in the big game showdown in New Orleans.
