Jersey Shore star Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola revealed a major family update with her fiancé, Justin May.
On Sunday, Feb. 23, the couple took to Instagram with a joint post not only announcing they are expecting their first child but also revealing the sex and name of their baby.

"We’ve been keeping a little secret..✨Baby May Due August 2025✨??," they revealed.
In the featured image, Giancola and May posed together while holding a string of sonogram photos. The rest of the carousel showed similar poses, except for the final picture—which showed a bear holding balloons, a basket with flowers and a framed pregnancy announcement displayed on a blanket at a beach.
"After struggling through years of infertility, this is the absolute greatest blessing we could ever possibly ask for!" the pregnancy announcement continued. "We are so thrilled to finally be able to share the news of our little miracle with you all!"
They concluded, "Our hearts have never been so full of love, we can’t wait to meet you baby! ????."

On April 1, 2024, Giancola and May announced their engagement via Instagram after he proposed on March 16.
"Life up Fiancé ??♥️ 3.16.24," she captioned the post. "The easiest question I’ve ever answered.. happiest & luckiest girl in the world ? I’ll love you forever and then some ? #Futurewifey #Engaged Can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you."
Giancola also noted, "*Not an April fools joke*?."
Less than a year later, they have a little one on the way. Congrats to the soon-to-be parents!
