Mauricio Umansky, who appears on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and is the estranged husband of show star Kyle Richards, revealed that he was seriously injured during a recent skiing trip in Aspen, Colo.
In updates on his Instagram Stories, via Page Six, Umansky praised the healthcare workers and others who helped him through the ordeal, writing atop a photo from the hospital, “I feel so blessed to be taken care of by such amazing humans. Ski patrol, paramedics, Aspen Hospital, you’re all the best."

Umansky declared that he suffered a broken clavicle, even showing his X-ray as he wrote, "Let’s get this surgery done so I can heal. Play hard sometimes you get hurt. But the care here has been incredible."
He also showed a video of his rescue, with ski patrol having to retrieve him from the ski slopes after the unexpected injury. Umansky shared no further details about the injury or the accident that led to it, but he appeared to be in good spirits.

Umansky and Richards have been in the news a lot in the past couple of years after they announced their separation in late 2023, although they have not filed for divorce. The two appear amicable and continue to co-parent their four daughters as they develop separate lives.
Around the time that the news of their separation came out, Umansky was embroiled in dating rumors with his Dancing With the Stars partner Emma Slater after they were caught holding hands, and since then, he has been spotted with a few different women.
