CAIRO, Feb 8 (MENA) – Deputy Speaker of the Egyptian Parliament Mohamed Abou El-Enein praised President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi’s decisive stance against the displacement of the Palestinians, emphasizing that Egypt stands firm against any proposals in this respect.
In his speech at the annual Akhbar El Youm Economic Conference, he stated that the Egyptian people support their leadership in defending the Palestinians’ legitimate rights.
Egypt will never accept any attempts to liquidate the Palestinian cause under any circumstances, he stressed.
Egypt has never hesitated to provide support to its Palestinian brothers, whether through intensive political and diplomatic efforts to ensure the Palestinian people’s legitimate rights or through ongoing humanitarian assistance by opening crossings and delivering urgent food and medical aid to the Gaza Strip.
