DENVER (KDVR) -- One person died and three others were injured in a fatal hit-and-run crash Saturday evening near Denver International Airport.
Four people were taken to a hospital in the crash that happened on Tower Road just north of Peña Boulevard, the Denver Police Department reported Saturday just before 8 p.m. The crash involved two vehicles, according to the police department.
One of the vehicles did not stay at the scene, a police spokesperson told FOX31. The four people taken to the hospital were in the same vehicle.
The person who died was one of the people taken to the hospital, and another has "serious" injuries, according to the spokesperson.

Police do not have a description of the vehicle that left the scene.
