SHERIFF’S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
RESISTING: Keenan N. Cochran, 40, of Little River, was booked at county jail Jan. 27 on suspicion of resisting/threatening an officer, battery on a first responder and vandalism. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Edgar DeAguila Perez, 34, of Willits, was booked at county jail Jan. 27 on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested by the MCSO.
ROBBERY: Bryan E. Gonzalez, 21, of Nevada, was booked at county jail Jan. 27 on suspicion of robbery, possession of a controlled substance and violating his probation. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
THEFT: John L. Marks, 56, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 27 on suspicion of petty theft with priors, conspiracy and carrying a concealed dirk or dagger. He was arrested by the UPD.
THEFT: Orlando Munoz, 30, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 27 on suspicion of petty theft with priors, resisting, unlawful possession of tear gas, using a controlled substance and trespassing. He was arrested by the UPD.
ROBBERY: Evan H.E. Murden, 32, of Willits, was booked at county jail Jan. 27 on suspicion of robbery, evading, vandalism and resisting. He was arrested by the MCSO.
THEFT: Desiree A. Shellhart, 39, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 27 on suspicion of petty theft with priors, conspiracy and violating her probation. She was arrested by the UPD.
ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Steven T.D. Lawson, 33, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 28 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, identity theft and possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the MCSO.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
