Sterling 68, Eaton 63 (2OT): The Reds didn’t outlast the Tigers in the home game. Eaton junior Austin Crider led the Reds with 18 points. The loss drops Eaton to 5-6, 1-1.
Fort Lupton 55. Middle Park 40: The Blue Devils left Granby with a win which improved them to 8-4, 1-0.
Timnath 55, Roosevelt 32: The Cubs protected their home den and improve to 7-4, 4-1. The Rough Riders drop to 7-7, 3-4.
Peetz 49, Prairie 48: The Mustangs lost a close home game which drops them to 4-8, 1-1.
Loveland 81, Greeley West 56: The home loss drops the Spartans to 1-12, 0-5.
Severance 67, Northridge 21: Junior Blake Varney led the Silver Knights with 16 points. The home win improves Severance to 9-5, 2-1. Es Sylvere led Northridge with 9 points. The loss drops the Grizzlies to 3-10, 1-6.
Windsor 75, Fort Collins 45: The Wizards were led by junior Madison Smiley who scored 26 points. The home wins improves the Wizards to 12-3, 4-0.
Dayspring Christian 60, Union Colony 58 (OT): The Eagles flew into Union Colony’s home court and left with a win which improves them to 3-7, 2-3. Union Colony drops to 7-4, 3-2.
Girls basketball
Fort Lupton 39, Middle Park 31: The Blue Devils were led by junior Marley Gomez who finished with 11 points. The win improves Fort Lupton to 5-7, 1-0.
Prairie 51, Peetz 17: The Mustangs improve to 7-5, 1-1, with the home victory.
Resurrection Christian 56, Wiggins 41: Cougars’ seniors Olivia Klein and Lysette Baatz led the team with 14 points each. The win keeps the Cougars undefeated, 12-0, 3-0. The Cougars haven’t lost since March 2024.
Yuma 55, Platte Valley 19: The loss drops the Broncos to 8-4, 0-2.
Roosevelt 63, Timnath 42: The home win improves the Rough Riders to 10-3, 6-0. The Cubs drop to 10-2, 5-1.
Northridge 59, Severance 54 (OT): The Grizzlies needed overtime to come away with a road victory over the Silver Knights. The win improves Northridge to 7-6, 3-4. The loss drops Severance to 4-9, 2-5.
University 72, Fort Morgan 24: The Bulldogs went to on the road and came away with a win. Junior Natalie Galindo led the Bulldogs with 14 points. The win keeps University undefeated 11-0, 2-0. University hasn’t lost since March 2024.
Dayspring Christian 57, Union Colony 20: The Eagles improved to 5-6, 4-1, with the win. The Timberwolves drop to 5-4, 2-3.
Valley 46, Weld Central 36: The Vikings improve to 7-4, 1-1, with the home win. The Rebels drop to 3-7, 0-2.
Windsor 75, Fort Collins 36: The Wizards improve to 9-4, 4-0.
