AUSTIN (KXAN) -- At least four officers were shot after San Antonio police responded to a suicide call Wednesday night, SAPD Police Chief Bill McManus said on social media.
SAPD responded to the call near the area of Stone Oak Parkway and Loop 1604, where police said the scene was still active around 9:30 p.m.
The Combined Law Enforcement Associations of Texas (CLEAT) said on social media four officers were in the hospital receiving medical treatment after being shot by the suspect.
No other details were available on Wednesday.
