Mason is dealing with a knee injury but was able to practice with the Texans on Wednesday and Thursday after initially missing Houston’s drills on Tuesday.

Mason is looking to get back onto the field this week and is expected to start against the Chiefs. The Texans will need all hands on deck to protect C.J. Stroud from Kansas City’s ferocious pass rush.
