SHERIFF’S REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:

EVADING: Carlos G. Hernandez, 18, of Clearlake Oaks, was booked at county jail Jan. 11 on suspicion of evading, resisting and driving without a license. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.

    DUI: Dustin D. Lincoln, 39, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Jan. 11 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, battery with serious injury and of committing unlawful acts on school grounds. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    PROBATION VIOLATION: Douglas D. Lincoln Sr., 68, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Jan. 11 on suspicion of violating his probation, battery against a first responder and of committing unlawful acts on school grounds. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    RAPE: Mauricio E. Panameno, 28, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Jan. 11 on suspicion of raping a victim who was unconscious or asleep and of violating his probation. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.

    DUI: Alejandro J. Sanchez, 19, of Willits, was booked at county jail Jan. 11 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.

    TRANSPORTING A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Tobias C. Wood, 31, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 11 on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance, possessing/purchasing narcotics for sale and illegally possessing body armor, a firearm and ammunition. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.

    ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF WEAPONS AND AMMUNITION: Robb J. Aranio, 31, of Antioch, was booked at county jail Jan. 12 on suspicion of illegally possessing a firearm and ammunition and of bringing controlled substances into jail. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    THREATS: William C. Raley, 38, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Jan. 12 on suspicion of making threats to commit crimes resulting in death or great bodily harm and of possessing/igniting an explosive device. He was arrested by the FBPD.

    DUI: Nathan J. Switzer, 19, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail Jan. 12 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended/revoked license. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    ASSAUT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Christian E. Beyer, 43, of Petaluma, was booked at county jail Jan. 13 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Chandler J. Bowers Pierce, 24, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 13 on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    BURGLARY: Matreyus D. Tiscareno Meyer, 19, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail on suspicion of burglary, carrying a loaded firearm in public, vandalism and contempt of court. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported.
