TIKTOK star Caden Davis has been kicked off the Ohio State team just days before a major match.
The Buckeyes have given no explanation as to why the walk-on was dismissed from his “dream” role.
Ohio face the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the national championship game at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium next Monday.
And they are gunning for their first title in 11 years without defensive lineman Davis.
He issued a classy statement after his exit from the team was revealed by university newspaper The Lantern.
The sophomore posted on Instagram: “Being a buckeye has always been a dream come true of mine since being a kid.
“I am so very appreciative to the coaches, staff, and players for welcoming me into the team.
“I truly cannot thank them enough for allowing me to live my dream for the last 2 years and mentoring me the way they have.
With changes in the NCAA and personal career reasons I will not be a PWO at the OSU.”
Davis added: “I appreciate the support of everyone and your help to respect my privacy about the decision made. Thank you, Go Bucks.”

He’s shared behind-the-scenes clips of life as an Ohio player, although he has never played a snap for the school.
Davis’ situation had been cast int doubt last week.
The New York Post say he shared a video supposedly of Ohio’s trip to AT&T Stadium for the Cotton Bowl against Texas.
But the footage appeared to be from 2023 not the game on January 10 this year.
s have now been deleted, but OSU offensive lineman George Fitzpatrick told Davis: “You don’t play here.”
