Slippers are very much an essential item to have at home. Who wants to walk around cold floors or get your home dirty with outside shoes roaming around? But just because you need to have a pair of slippers doesn’t mean that you can’t find cute ones to do the job. Aldi is dropping some very chic faux fur slides that are a good slipper option this week. And they look a lot like designer styles that are 11 times more expensive.
From Jan. 15 to Jan. 21, Aldi will be selling the Serra Ladies Faux Fur Slides for only $6.99 in the Aldi Finds aisle of local U.S. stores (while supplies last). They’re a classic slide sandal design with a foam or rubber footbed and outsole and one thick band to hold the shoe in place. This one has a fuzzy faux fur material on that band, making these a bit cozier than regular slides.

Serra Ladies Faux Fur Slides, $6.99 at Aldi

The footbed is molded for support and, again, made from what looks like an EVA material or something like it. It also comes in three colors: black, beige and light blue. All three variations are nice, neutral colors that still allow you to show off some personality in whichever you choose.
Not only does the faux fur strap give it a cozy touch, but the foam footbed allows for more support and easy cleaning. Plus, that type of outsole allows you to wear these outside as well as inside, if that’s the type of slipper you’re looking for.

As we mentioned before, these Aldi faux fur slides look like the Women's Amaya Fuzzy Slide Sandals by Calvin Klein. They’re currently on sale for $23.60 at Macy’s; they were originally $59.
These sandals have the same design as Aldi’s, with a solid footbed and outsole and a thick band made with a fuzzy material. This one has shearling along with the Calvin Klein initials logo. These also come in black and a light gray color that looks almost beige.

Another lookalike sandal that Aldi’s slides rival is Lululemon’s Women's Fleece Restfeel Slide. They’re currently $78 and have the same design as the two slides mentioned above. The footbed is made from a “soft foam” that’s layered above “firmer foam” and its strap is “fleece-lined.” This one also comes in black, tan and bone (white).
So if you’re in the market for new slippers and you want something supportive and easy to clean—but that still makes you feel comfortable and luxurious—Aldi’s Serra Ladies Faux Fur Slides are worth checking out. Even if just for the price alone.
