Jennifer Aniston kicked off the new year with wellness at the top of her mind—and she not only shared some of her goals with fans, she provided the blueprint of how she achieves them.
In a new Instagram post on Thursday, Jan. 2, the actress revealed her newest launch as she teams up with fitness brand Pvolve for a new exercise series.

The guided program, inclusive of "24 BRAND NEW workouts in 6 weeks" is said to help participants "lift heavy, sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, and love the way you feel."
Preview video footage shows the Friends star dressed in black athletic wear in an exercise studio, lifting weights and completing active moves like lunges, sit-ups, and leg lifts.
"This new year, unlock strength you've never seen before," the clip entices as it opens with Aniston stretching a cord in front of her. The Strength Redefined Challenge, it continues, promises to be "inspired by my own routine," which Aniston credits, in part, for the "transformation" of her body.

"So excited for this series featuring all 3 signature class types ???????," one trainer featured in the video alongside the 55-year-old Hollywood star commented on the post.
"??? Inspiration ???," a fan proclaimed, as a third social media user dubbed the We're the Millers actress "the queen forever ❤️."
Supporters continued to rave over the content, expressing anticipation with things like, "I cannot wait!!!" "Let's Go!?????????," and "WE ARE OBSESSED."
Someone else even declared the fitness regimen the "Best way to start off the new year."

While speaking on her ongoing partnership with the Pvolve brand, she told People of the program, "You can actually enjoy your workout, not break your body and have an incredible transformation."
"In all the workouts I've tried over the years, this one has transformed my body more than any of the others, and it's a really enjoyable workout that I don't feel intimidated by, that I don't dread," The Morning Show star continued. "I get excited, because I also know that if I'm not feeling 100%, if I only have 20 minutes in me, that's all I do. It meets you where you're at, and I love that about it."
