Taylor Swift is known for being kind to her fans, and one Swiftie was lucky enough to find out firsthand just how wholesome an encounter with the pop superstar can be at a recent Kansas City Chiefs game.
In a video shared to X on Monday, Dec. 23, a fan of both Swift and her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, detailed her experience sitting near the "Bad Blood" singer at the Chiefs vs Texans game on Saturday, Dec. 21.

"So first and foremost, yes, I did get to talk to her, which was an unforgettable experience," the woman began. "It was a very short interaction, but I'll never forget it."
"I had a custom jersey on, it was an 87 jersey but instead of 'Kelce' on the nameplate it said 'karma,' and I had it all bedazzled and everything," she continued.
"So once I got her [Swift] to see that, she did a little jaw drop. She was like 'So cute, I love it,' and then I said 'Of course I had to bedazzle it' and she said 'It's so cute,' so that will stick with me forever, that was such a fun interaction to have with her."
"We also had a couple of micro interactions throughout the game," the woman said, revealing that Swift "really is just like a fan when she's there, which is so cool."
"So like there was a bad call, for example, and she was talking about the ref and how he was at previous games or whatever and like, talking to us people outside the suite, and so like, we had this little eye roll at each other, like 'What are these refs thinking kind of thing.'"

"It was kind of cool to just have those human interactions with her like you would with any other Chiefs fan," she added.
The woman went on to note that the windows on Swift's suite were "open for the entire game" but closed during halftime and "pretty much immediately once the game was done."

The "Fortnight" songstress was joined by both of her parents and Kelce's mom and dad, according to the fan.
"I got to see and slightly interact with Donna Kelce and Taylor's mom—Taylor's mom actually saw my jersey right away, they were there before Taylor was, she saw my jersey and actually pointed it out to Donna right away, so that was pretty cool," she said.
While security was present, the woman claimed it wasn't "anything crazy."
"They checked our tickets...we were asked to not ask for pictures cause it would start a swarm, don't pass anything through the windows so like don't ask for autographs or stick your hands in the suite or anything...it wasn't super tight or aggressive or anything like that, there were no bodyguards in the stands."
"And of course the Chiefs won, beat the Texans, which is amazing, and so overall it was literally a perfect day," she said in conclusion.
