Mykhailo Mudryk will be sat ringside at Oleksandr Usyk’s rematch with Tyson Fury days after being suspended from football.
The young Chelsea prodigy was provisionally suspended after failing a drugs test, as his difficult time at Stamford Bridge continued.
Mudryk has pleaded his innocence after an ‘A’ sample test came back positive for performance-enhancing drug Meldonium.
He is currently unable to train at the Blues’ training facility in Cobham, and was recently spotted in the Middle East.
The Ukrainian has now been seen ringside at the huge heavyweight world title clash between current champion Usyk and Fury in Riyadh tonight.
He will no doubt be offering support to his fellow countryman Usyk, who is looking to beat the Briton for a second time.
Mudryk is currently awaiting results of a ‘B’ sample, to see whether it confirms the results of the ‘A’ sample.
His football future will be up in the air until then, hence why he has been afforded time to travel to the Middle East.
Chelsea will travel to Goodison Park tomorrow afternoon to face Everton with a chance to temporarily climb to the top of the table.
But the Ukrainian will of course not be part of the travelling squad to Merseyside.
