Cameron Bure, 48, posted the clip on Thursday, Dec. 19, showing fans the routine that helps her maintain such a fit figure.
In the video, which showed the actress working up quite a sweat, Cameron Bure motivated her fans by writing, "now is not the time to quit...keep going!"
"Don't let the goal just be about weight loss," she added while advising, "let the goal be...CONSISTENCY."
