Save for the team’s stinker in San Francisco, Wright’s strong play at right tackle was coinciding with Caleb Williams’ increasing success at quarterback. Who would have thought that an offensive lineman playing his best and a rookie signal caller finding their fitting would go hand-in-hand? What a concept!
The playoff dream is dead for Chicago’s football team. So the only things left to play for are pride and development. After getting knocked around the Bay Area last week, I am curious to see if the Bears have any fight left within them as they enter a Monday Night Football matchup against a division rival.
