DENVER (KDVR) — Boulder law enforcement reported they found a woman's body after investigating a missing person report.
Boulder County Sheriff's Office deputies discovered a 49-year-old woman's body after responding to the 200 block of Ridge Road. They said the area is located "just west" of Jamestown.
Officials said the circumstances surrounding the woman's death "appear suspicious" but later clarified there was no danger to the public. On Sunday, Boulder County detectives were actively investigating and speaking with "two individuals affiliated" with the woman.
The woman's cause and manner of death will be determined by the Boulder County Coroner's Office. The case is active and the Boulder County Sheriff's Office said it will continue to provide updates as the investigation progresses.
