US dollar surges against the Egyptian pound

The US dollar recorded an increase of 15 piasters in both buying and selling rates on Thursday, during mid-day trading at the National Bank of Egypt (NBE).

Meanwhile, the prices of Arab currencies have also risen against the Egyptian pound at the NBE as follows:

    The dollar price has seen a new increase, reaching LE50.75 for buying and LE50.85 for selling. The Kuwaiti dinar price has soared, reaching LE 164.35  for buying and LE165.47 for selling. The Saudi riyal price has surged, reaching LE13.48 for buying and LE13.54 for selling. The UAE dirham price has risen, reaching LE13.80 for buying and LE13.84 for selling. The Qatari riyal price has gone up, reaching LE12.88 for buying and LE13.95 for selling.
