UNRWA: 75,000 Palestinians northern Gaza strip face ‘diminishing conditions for survival’
New York, SANA – United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) warned that lives of 75,000 Palestinians still in northern Gaza Strip are in danger, as a result of the Israeli occupation preventing the entry of aid. “It is estimated that between 65,000 and 75,000 people remain in the besieged northern Gaza Strip, and for more than 50 days they have been facing deteriorating conditions for survival,” WAFA Agency cited UNRWA as saying in a statement on the X platform, noting that Jabalia, Beit Lahia and Beit Hanoun areas have been largely cut off from humanitarian aid for weeks.
