(KRON) -- After holding out for nearly two weeks, recalled Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price conceded on Monday. Price was recalled by a significant majority of Alameda County voters. The Associated Press called the election in favor of the recall passing on the Friday following the election. However, Price refused to concede for more than a week after AP had called it. On Friday, she sent a defiant statement out to supporters, vowing to "wait until every vote is counted in Alameda County."
