Horsetail Fall Weekends In Yosemite Will Require Reservations ...Middle East

Yosemite, CA — For three weekends in February, Yosemite National Park will require reservations for all visitors. It is due to the Horsetail Fall attraction that flows over the eastern edge of El Capitan. If conditions are just right, there will be an orange glow, which has the appearance of lava flowing. It annually attracts a huge number of visitors to a small area of the park, causing traffic congestion, parking issues, and safety concerns. Reservations will be required in Yosemite, through Recreation.gov, for February 8-9, the 15-17, and the 22-23. No reservations are required on other days in February. Beginning at 8 am on November 18, half of the day-use reservations will be available
