Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly on Saturday 9/11/2024 asserted he is closely following upon efforts exerted by the Unified Government Complaints System. The system has become a strong and active arm to solve problems of citizens nationwide, he added. The Premier made his remarks while reviewing efforts made by the complaints system in October through a report, which was presented by Director of the Unified Government Complaints System Tarek al-Refaei. The report highlighted the government’s efforts to deal with citizens’ complaints in the relevant month.
