Stephen Merchant, star and creator of shows including The Office, Extras and The Outlaws, has been cast in the third season of The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon. The second season of the Walking Dead spin-off, which is subtitled The Book of Carol, is about to start airing in the UK on Sky and NOW, while a third season was confirmed in July. Season 3 will be shot and take place in Spain, as opposed to the first two which have followed Daryl’s (Norman Reedus) journey through France.
