Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (Qicca) board member for International Relations Sheikh Dr Thani bin Ali al-Thani said the State of Qatar, being a signatory to a number of international arbitration agreements, attaches special interest in alternative means of resolving commercial disputes, foremost of which is arbitration.
