Bhubaneswar: Sanjay Kumar Singh, Principal Secretary, Rural Development Department has directed to complete all the schemes and projects under the Rural Development Department in a speedy manner and complete the project works on time. A monthly review meeting of the department was held at the OSWAN Hall of the Rural Development Department this afternoon. Presiding over the meeting, Singh said that proper utilization of the grant given for the project within the stipulated period is necessary. While the target is to spend 90 per cent of the grants in the month of February, the departmental engineers should be careful to spend 100 per cent of the grants by the end of the current financial year
