A drone targeting US-led coalition forces at Erbil International Airport was intercepted and shot down early on Tuesday, authorities in the autonomous Kurdistan region in northern Iraq said. The drone targeted Harir Airbase near Erbil airport, which hosts US forces who lead the international coalition against IS.
