At last week’s meeting, the trustees reported that the bridge on East Broadway Road over Cedar Creek is being replaced starting Monday, with a full closure lasting 60 days. Also, the Lemoyne Road bridge is closed for 90 days for a replacement. “With Lemoyne, if you’re familiar with that area, that could be dead-ended really quick by the Norfolk Southern line,” said Police Chief Mark Hummer, who is also the township administrator. “There is an emergency roadway in there — for emergencies,” Hummer said. “But it’s not a roadway to drive on, and we will be monitoring that.” Also at the
