Egypt's prosecutor-general has ordered the arrest of the manager of an amusement park in Alexandria after a ride collapse that resulted in several injuries, including children in serious condition. A distressing video of the incident, which occurred on Thursday at Green Plaza Mall, was widely shared on social media, showing panic as people rushed to help those on the detached ride.
