A high-profile Palestenian prisoner died in an Israeli jail after going on a hunger-strike. Khader Adnan was leader of militant group Islamic Jihad. His death could raise the potential for violence between Israelis and Palestenians at a time of already heightened tensions. Palestenian prisoners have been going on hunger strikes for years to protest their detentions. And a spokesperson for Islamic Jihad called Adnan's death a full-fledged crime.
